Description
Offers training, technical assistance, and resources to states, tribes, territories, and communities to example the delivery of recovery support services, including peer support services and recovery housing, in the U.S. Partners with people in recovery, providers, family members, and others to improve behavioral health outcomes.
What This Program Offers
The SAMHSA Program to Advance Recovery Knowledge (SPARK) can provide:
- Information and resources to support, implement, and improve recovery-oriented systems of care
- Consultations, strategies, and other types of assistance to enhance access to recovery supports and services
- Support for organizational development, including leadership, infrastructure, and capacity building
- Training and technical assistance to expand recovery supports and services in states, tribes, territories, and communities
- Events and an online Advance Recovery Knowledge Resource Center
Who Can Receive Services from This Program
People and organizations who work and volunteer to advance recovery support services in states, tribes, territories, and communities are eligible to participate.
